Processing time
For group buy: processing time would be different and announced for each time.
For available products: 3-5 working days.

The tracking will be updated onto your Paypal invoice once the package is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping
Time of delivery: 1-3 weeks (depending on your location and shipping service). Shipping fee is included in the invoices and paid by the buyer.
If an item is lost/damaged during shipping, we would do everything we can to resolve the situation. In many cases, a new product will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost.
*Please note that we do not deliver to Incomplete addresses, PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and Jurong Island.
Taxes, Duties & Tariffs
For all international orders, taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) might be applied as per country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

Replacement & Refund Policy
All of our products will be under guarantee services. If you have any issues with the stem or surface of the products, please contact us for more support!
We hope you kindly notice that our keycaps are 100% handmade, so there might be a few minor imperfections. Your understanding would be greatly appreciated.
Replacement
For shipped out products that do not arrive after 3 months (from the shipping date), please inform us to make complaint with the delivery services. After confirmation of the lost parcels, we would send out the new products to you or offer credit for next order at our stores.
Refund
You can only get a refund within 24 hours upon the confirmation of payment from Paypal. After that, any refund request would not be approved.
For all the refunds, please understand that you would be responsible for the International transaction fee (if any).

We only accept payment through PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet. We apologize for this inconvenience.
